time_capsule_2

If we had a time capsule and some one opened it in the year 2096, this is the things I would want in the time capsule. First I would want to put stuff in it that  I like. 1: I would have one of my favorite dirt bike in it. The kind of dirt bike I would want in the time capsule is a YZ250F. It may not be in the best shape but imagine what they look like now and then how they’ll look in 2096.

The  time capsule I would want is above. I have no idea how much it would cost. probably $1,000. The second thing I would want in the time capsule is a Yamaha logo. Another thing I would put in the time capsule is picture from the past.

The next thing I would have in the time capsule is my family tree. Another thing I would put in the time capsule is frozen DNA of extinct animals. And maybe some day in the future we will be able to clone those extinct animals. Imagine in the near future an exibit of extinct animals!

I would even put plans of future building in the time capsule. Just think of how the future will look like. And all the new technology. Imagine all the diffrnent cell phones. These are all of the things I can think about putting in a time capsule.

When I get out of high school I want to be an athlete. The type of athlete I want to be is very dangerous. It also takes a lot of skill. You need plenty of exercise. You also need to eat real healthy.

This sport is called motocross. Another thing I want to do when I get out of high school is join the army. The army is one of my most important goals. The army pays pretty good too.

Some people want a job like being a lawyer. Personally I want a job I actually like. I want something fun to do for a job every day. Not just sitting in an office all day filling out papers.

I want to  have a fun life. I don’t wont to have to worry about late fees on bills. I group-graduation-2008don’t want to worry that I only have like $1000 in the bank. I’m not saying I want to be better than anyone else, I just don’t want any stress when it comes to bills. I may have to stay in the army a while but I also want to let my country to have freedom.

If so I also want to own a store. I want to own a motocross store. And when I’m in the army I want to work my way up the highest rank.

stressIn high school many students have alot of stress. Some students have stress cause of to much homework, teachers, rumors, and a lot more. Stress is simply a fact of nature, forces from the outside world affecting the person. The person responds to stress in ways that affect the person as well as their environment. As one example of stress related to a life transition, the teen years often bring about an increase in perceived stress as young adults learn to deal with increasing demands and pressures.

Students worry about choosing careers and must balance school work with sports hobbies and social life. A way to deal with stress is give your self some “me” time, be positive. Even when you do day to day activities don’t take things to seriously, laugh a little. Laughter and exercise can get rid of stress.

Most importantly laugh at your self when thing don’t go your way. Reward your self for doing good in school, on a sports team or something. But this doesn’t mean you should buy yourself a lap top or something. Just give your self a pat on the back.

Don’t let rumors cause stress. If you have to,  just ignore them. Get plenty of sleep. Eat a good breakfast. Enjoy the time with family.

Don’t let stress control you. You take control of it. Don’t stay inside all day. Go outside and play some bassball or something. Hang with your friends.

200170717-001The bloating, slugging and unfulfilled felling that’s results in efforts to keep up with the Joneses. An epidemic of stress, overwork, and indebtness caused by the pursuit of  the American Dream. An unsustainable addiction to economic growth. British psychologist Oliver James asserts that there is a correlation between the increasing nature of affluenza and the resulting increase in material inequality: the more unequal a society, the greater the unhappiness of its citizens. James also believes that higher rates of mental disorders are the consequence of excessive wealth-seeking in consumerist nations.

Credit card debt is rising faster than incomes.  As a result bankrupts and fore closers are on the rise.  All of this leads to broken family’s, homes, etc. If Affluenza is to be compared to a disease it might be considered a similar condition to hypochondria, where one believes oneself to always be ill.  Often such people will overreact to common symptoms or even create their own symptoms.

They argue that affluenza causes over consumption, “luxury fever”,  overwork, waste, and harm to the environment. These pressures lead to “psychological disorders, alienation and distress”. Causing people to “self-medicate with mood-altering drugs and excessive alcohol consumption”. Affluenza can be successfully treated. One cure is to figure out what public transportation can save you (time, money for gas and parking, peace of mind).

Americans are nothing if not great spenders. Status-symbolism runs wild in our country, and today’sadvertising would have you believe that every thing is in your financialreach. With loans and credit cards available in a moments notice, we believe it too. But spending carelessly without real cash resources to back up the habit is putting us in bigger and bigger financial holes. So why do we do it?

So how do you stop affluenza? You can inoculate against affluenza, however. Start simply by setting a couple long term goals. Planning on seeing the world after retirement? Then before you buy that camper now, picture yourself in 20 years on that African safari with your spouse. Don’t let purchases now affect your future dreams. Sure, it’s not easy to sacrifice instant gratification for something far into the future. But just remember, a little willpower goes a long way.

school-uniform2School uniforms can be  a good thing and/or a bad thing.  Some people like uniforms some people don’t. One reason my school is getting uniforms next year is because of gangs, and more. If people would follow the dress code there wouldn’t be uniforms. Whats your opinion?

I personally don’t like uniforms. Sometimes its good to have uniforms. But people need to follow the dress code. Some private schools have uniforms. Now public schools are getting uniforms cause of people not following the dress code.

We should be able to express ourselves without braking the code. School uniforms are ugly. But the wearing or uniforms doesn’t prevent gangs. School uniforms may give students the impression that conformity is the way to prevent conflict. Uniforms are difficult to enforce in public schools. Uniforms aren’t going to help much.

School uniforms may help. It will cut down on drugs, etc. A few reasons against uniforms are  freedom of expression and inhibits individuality. Some poor family’s may not have the money to buy uniforms and the schools population will decrease. We deserve freedom of expression!
